Dale Rumming originally grew up in Saskatchewan, and got her start in the real estate industry in the 80’s with Block Brothers in Garden City, back when interest rates were still at 22.5%. She made the decision to relocate to BC in 1985, where she took on the position of sales manager for Polygon Properties in Vancouver. She also gained experience in sales working for Browning Ferris Industries, where she was ranked #1 in Canada.
In 1992, Dale decided to make the move to Vancouver Island. She realized that she still loved selling real estate and decided to join the Coast Realty Group. Dale spent 10 years with Coast and was consistently ranked in the Top 10 for sales year after year.
She has always valued education and professional development, and continually exceeds the minimum number of courses required to keep her license current. She is engaged in ongoing coursework through the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) and has also completed her ASA designation, which positions her as a specialist in working with seniors.
Dale focuses on working with buyers and sellers from Parksville/Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay, Deep Bay, and even works with the odd client in the Courtenay/Comox area. She is committed to finding affordable homes for her clients – she knows they are out there and she will work hard to help you find it!

When she is not in the office, Dale is passionate about giving back to her community and is involved with Hospice and the Big Bike Ride. She is also a creative soul who loves to play guitar, sing, make jewelry and works with clay to create ceramics, masks and carvings.
